Food Safety Sampling Information Circular of Market Supervision Administration of Anhui Province (Issue 11, 2024)

　Recently, Market Supervision Administration of Anhui Province organized sampling inspection of catering food, tea and related products, pastries, alcohol and other 4 types of food 114 batches of samples. According to national standards for food safety, product standards and quality requirements for testing and judgment, which sampling and testing program qualified samples 110 batches, 4 batches of unqualified samples (see annex).

　　Failed food specific information is notified as follows:

　　First, Lu'an City, Yu'an District, Tu Yuhua lemon fish restaurant bowl, anionic synthetic detergent (sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate) does not meet national standards for food safety. Inspection agency for the Hefei Customs Technology Center.

　　Second, Tmall Drunken Flower Ming flagship store (operated by Ningguo Shengshi Yibai Trade Co., Ltd.) in the Tmall sales, claiming that Anhui Lanshijia Food Science and Technology Co., Ltd. production of cinnamon red jujube tea, mold does not comply with the standards and quality requirements of the product description. Testing organization for the Anhui Provincial Food and Drug Inspection and Research Institute.

　　Third, Yuexi County, Anqing City, porridge food store sales of bacon, peroxide value (fat) does not meet national standards for food safety. Inspection agency for the Hefei Customs Technology Center.

　　Fourth, Taobao grandfather's honey 12 years old store health and beauty (operated by Jinan Nuocheng Economic and Trade Co., Ltd.) sold on Taobao, labeled as Anhui Zhongzhi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. production of ume plum hawthorn mulberry tea, mold does not meet the standards and quality requirements of the product description. The testing organization is Anhui Food and Drug Inspection and Research Institute.

　　On the above sampling found in the unqualified products, the local market supervision departments have ordered the production and operation of the product flow, recall, unqualified products off the shelves, control risk, and analyze the reasons for rectification, involving unqualified products have been required to carry out verification and disposal work.
